La Vila Joiosa will celebrate the Xocolatíssima 2025 from November 19 to 21, an event dedicated to the town’s chocolate-making tradition, recognized as a “chocolate town” for its history and iconic factories.
Wednesday, November 19 – 8:00 p.m.
Opening of the program at the Teatre Auditori with a gastronomic presentation linking art and chocolate.
Thursday, November 20 – 8:00 p.m.
Institutional event in the Don Pedro Hall of La Barbera dels Aragonés with the presentation of the titles of Ambaixadors d’Honor del Xocolate Viler (Honorary Ambassadors of Viler Chocolate).
Friday, November 21
6:00 p.m. – Popular chocolate tasting
Casa Museo La Barbera dels Aragonés
8:00 p.m. – 1st Popular Dessert Contest with Viler Chocolate
Salón Don Pedro de la Barbera dels Aragonés, where local participants will present homemade desserts made with Viler chocolate.
Xocolatíssima is part of La Vila Gastronòmica, which celebrates its 25th anniversary, and is supported by L’Exquisit Mediterrani, Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, and the La Vila Joiosa Town Council.
